Mission: The museum and education facility tell the story of the cheese and milk industry, focusing on western New York State, an historic center of cheese production. Operated primarily by volunteers, with a small annual grant from New York State.
Admission Info: Closed during winter months. Open Friday, 2 – 4 pm; Saturday, 10 am – 1 pm.

Hi,
Just want to correct the dates that the Museum is open. We are open on Saturdays and Sundays from May to October from 1-4:00 p.m. or any day by appointment by calling 585-968-2812 or 585-968-2633. While you are in Cuba, you can also visit a great antique store on the same street and the nearby Cuba Cheese Shoppe.
Lots to see and do in Cuba NY.
