The Horseshoe is usually 2 pieces of toast,usually sourdough (I like rye) with sliced beef,ham or hamburger (I have seen turkey) topped with fries, covered with a cheese sauce (sauce depends on the resturant)…I have also seen a breakfast version, with biscuits and gravy. amazing bob

I sw something about this on Food Network and YUMNMY! The breakfast shoes look AWESOME. Their pancakes are HUGE.
