The Lunch Encounter 
Everything here looks just great. But two servings please. Of the “Something we did for fun” sandwich.
You chose the pick of the lot, imo. Proscuitto, figs, sage….mmmmm.
Pictures 2, 4, & 7 look astounding! If there is any better anchor for a sandwich than cool lamb, I haven’t found it.
